Meet Fay - A Solas Volunteer

"I'd heard about SOLAS from a number of people and thought it sounded like a fantastically intriguing festival to get involved with. I've been a volunteer for a few months now and have been able to get my teeth stuck into merchandising, marketing and helping organize the traders for the festival.
It has been great to see a festival come together from behind the scenes and I'm really excited about the programme and activities that are all set for SOLAS 2010. I think the atmosphere is going to be buzzing, with so many different elements to the festival from the more traditional music, film and comedy to debate, visual art and the vast array or workshops there's going to be something for everyone"!
